Job Title: Travel CNA / T-CNA - Long-Term Care

Location: Elkins, West Virginia

Contract Duration:

  • May 4, 2026 - July 20, 2026
  • 12 Weeks

Schedule:

  • Night Shift
  • 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
  • 12-Hour Shifts
  • 36 Guaranteed Hours Weekly
  • 30-Minute Meal Break
Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA/T-CNA) for a travel assignment in Elkins, WV. This role supports resident care within a long-term care and rehabilitation environment during overnight shifts.

The ideal candidate will provide quality patient-centered care while assisting residents with daily living activities and supporting nursing staff in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
  • Support resident mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning
  • Take and document vital signs accurately
  • Observe and report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff
  • Maintain clean and safe patient care environments
  • Follow infection prevention and facility safety protocols
  • Provide compassionate emotional support and patient-centered care
  • Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights
  • Complete accurate patient documentation and communication
Requirements
  • Active CNA certification required
  • Previous long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable attendance and professional work ethic required
