What is a ministry manager?

Ministry Managers are leaders responsible for overseeing specific departments or areas within a religious organization or church. They manage programs, coordinate volunteers and staff, and ensure that the ministry’s goals align with the broader mission of the organization. Ministry Managers often handle administrative tasks, budgeting, and event planning, while serving as a vital link between leadership and the community. Their role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, along with a deep commitment to their faith and the values of their ministry.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a ministry manager?
