Job description

Our client is looking for a Supply Chain Manager plays a key role in supporting safe, reliable operations by leading all site supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics. This position focuses on ensuring the right materials and services are available at the right time while maintaining strong cost control and operational discipline.

In close partnership with Maintenance, Operations, Finance, and corporate teams, the Supply Chain Manager works to strengthen supplier relationships, improve planning and execution, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and oversee site procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics activities
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers and manage contracts, performance, and costs
  • Ensure timely, costeffective purchasing of materials, equipment, and services
  • Optimize inventory levels to support operations and maintenance while managing working capital
  • Use data, KPIs, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to improve efficiency and decisionmaking
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost management efforts
  • Coach and develop the supply chain team while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
