Job Summary:
JND Inc. is a global industry leader seeking a Data Analyst to support warehouse reporting and analytics. The role involves data mining, analysis, and reporting on key performance indicators related to logistics and supply chain operations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive performance improvement.
Responsibilities:
• Data & business analysis
• Data mining & extraction from multiple sources to build reports
• Daily, weekly, and monthly report generation
• Report automation & design
• Maintaining existing dashboards; weekly & monthly analysis and reporting
• Help drive critical business decisions through in-depth analysis; provide recommendations based on findings
• Develop models that help with decision-making
• Identify opportunities for performance improvement
• Publish standard and complex ad-hoc reports with varying detail for different audiences
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in reports and data analysis within logistics, distribution center, warehouse, and/or supply chain environments
• High proficiency in MS Excel (40%), SQL (35%), Access, BI Tools, and PowerPoint (25%) required
• Experience with SAP and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) required
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Strong data mining skills and experience extracting & manipulating data from multiple sources
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of management
• Results driven; ability to handle multiple projects and work independently without supervision
• Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment
