Job Responsibilities:

  • Investment Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the company's goals. Identify potential investment opportunities and conduct thorough due diligence.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions: Lead and manage M&A activities including deal sourcing, negotiation, and execution. Conduct comprehensive assessments of potential acquisitions, including financial analysis and valuation.
  • Risk Management: Assess and manage investment risks, ensuring thorough risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
  • Post-Investment Management: Oversee the performance of acquired assets and investments, ensuring they meet financial and strategic objectives.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and direction to junior team members, ensuring projects are executed accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
