Part-Time Registered Nurses (RN) - Day Shift

Join Mini Cassia Care Center-a 5-star skilled nursing facility in Burley, ID. We're proud to share that we recently completed an outstanding state survey, and we're expanding our team of dedicated RN/LPN's to keep delivering the high-quality care our residents deserve.

We currently have part-time Day Shift positions (5 AM - 5 PM) available.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and coordinate care for assigned residents
  • Administer medications and complex nursing interventions per care plans
  • Monitor and evaluate resident conditions and respond to changes
  • Supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with physicians, residents, and family members
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation and charting
  • Serve as a mentor, advocate, and example for compassionate care
