What you'll do:

  • Be the friendly, reliable face answering call lights and supporting residents' daily needs
  • Assist with daily living activities: mobility, bathing, dressing, meals, and more
  • Support residents with dignity and respect by monitoring comfort, preferences, and dietary needs
  • Document intake/output as needed and promptly report condition changes to nursing staff
  • Build lasting relationships with residents and their families
