Part-Time Registered Nurses (RN) - Day Shift

We currently have part-time Day Shift positions (5 AM - 5 PM) available.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and coordinate care for assigned residents
  • Administer medications and complex nursing interventions per care plans
  • Monitor and evaluate resident conditions and respond to changes
  • Supervise LPNs and CNAs, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance
  • Collaborate with physicians, residents, and family members
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation and charting
  • Serve as a mentor, advocate, and example for compassionate care

What We're Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (Idaho or compact state)
  • Strong clinical decision-making and leadership skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with residents, families, and the care team
  • Knowledge of long-term care regulations (or willingness to learn)
  • A heart for seniors and a passion for excellent nursing care
