Job description

Maintenance Tech/ Welder – Bailey Mine Prep Plant 

Jennmar Services is looking for dependable, hard-working Maintenance Technicians to join our team at the Bailey Mine Prep Plant. These are full-time positions offering steady hours, competitive pay, great benefits, and long-term career opportunities.

 Job Description:
  • Perform mechanical repairs on prep plant machinery as needed

  • Welding and torching as needed (preferred, not required)

  • Fabrication and grinding as needed (preferred, not required)
  • General labor and maintenance support where needed

  • Follow all safety procedures and other duties as assigned 

Schedule:
  • Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Night Shift: 9:00pm- 7:00AM
  • 4 days on / 3 days off (10-hour shifts) + overtime as available 

 Benefits:
  • Pay increase at 90-days (conditions apply)

  • Paid vacation & holidays

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k)

 Requirements:
  • Previous maintenance experience preferred

  • MSHA Surface certification (training provided if needed)
  • Ability to work shifts including weekends/holidays

  • Must pass background check, drug & alcohol screening, and hair-follicle test

  • basic hand tools

 Required PPE:
  • Hard hat

  • Reflective vest or shirt

  • Metatarsal boots
