We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team at Growth Mindset Counseling Center. This full-time position is primarily remote, enabling you to provide vital therapeutic services from a location that works best for you. As an LCSW, you will support individuals and families facing a variety of mental health challenges, particularly in the context of hospice care, where emotional support is essential to enhance quality of life.

As a part of a virtual hospice center environment, you will have the opportunity to integrate technology into your practice, utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems to manage client interactions efficiently. • Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths, needs, and mental health challenges, allowing for personalized and effective treatment planning.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services tailored to individuals, families, and groups, ensuring that you address the unique circumstances of each client.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including medical staff and other health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care plans that prioritize the clients' well-being.
• Advocate for clients by empowering them to access community resources and support services, enhancing their ability to cope with mental health challenges.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes within EHR systems, ensuring compliance and enhancing the continuity of care.
• Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development activities to continually enhance your clinical skills and knowledge base.

The primary focus of this role will be on clients receiving hospice care, which may include individuals facing terminal illnesses or significant life transitions. You will provide emotional and psychological support to help clients and their families navigate these challenging experiences, emphasizing the importance of mental well-being during end-of-life care.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Must hold current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience delivering clinical social work services.
• Proficient in conducting diagnostic assessments and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• A commitment to cultural competence, social justice, and ethical practices in all patient interactions.

• Experience working in hospice or palliative care settings, with a focus on grief and loss counseling.
• Certification in evidence-based therapeutic practices, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Strong understanding of state and federal mental health regulations and ethical guidelines.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, based on your caseload and professional experience. In addition, you will have access to:
