• Deliver individualized mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients seeking to reduce stress and enhance well-being.
• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' unique stressors, challenges, and personal goals, tailoring interventions that meet their specific needs.
• Guide clients in various mindfulness exercises, meditation techniques, and breathing practices aimed at fostering self-awareness, emotional regulation, and relaxation.
• Facilitate group workshops focusing on mindfulness practices, resilience-building strategies, and effective stress management techniques.
• Integrate mindfulness principles into individual therapy sessions, addressing each client's particular mental health concerns and promoting their holistic growth.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and healthcare professionals to establish comprehensive treatment approaches that incorporate mindfulness.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client interactions, progress notes, mindfulness interventions, and detailed treatment plans to support continuity of care.
• Engage in regular self-reflection, personal mindfulness practice, and professional development to enhance expertise in mindfulness-based therapies.

This role focuses on individuals from various backgrounds seeking mental health support through virtual means. Our clients often experience anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues, and they benefit from mindfulness-based techniques designed to cultivate a sense of calm and foster personal growth. By understanding each client's unique story and needs, you will play a vital role in helping them navigate their mental health journeys.

• A completed Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas is mandatory.
• Demonstrated expertise in integrating mindfulness techniques into therapeutic sessions; training in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is preferred but not strictly required.
• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to create a nurturing and therapeutic environment conducive to client growth.

• Previous experience working in telehealth or remote therapy settings is a plus.
• Additional certifications or training in mindfulness practices and stress management strategies will be beneficial.
• Strong background in developing tailored therapy plans based on clients’ personal goals and challenges.

• Salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 annually, reflective of experience and qualifications.
