Job description

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Systems Operations will support the execution, optimization, and operational scalability of [solidcore]'s core business systems and enterprise platforms that power studio operations, client experience, and cross-functional business processes. Reporting to the Director of Business Systems & Data Programs, this role sits within Digital and will play a critical role in ensuring systems, integrations, vendors, and operational workflows scale effectively alongside the business.
This role is highly cross-functional and execution-oriented, focused on operational excellence, rollout coordination, vendor management, systems support, and program delivery across a rapidly growing multi-location business. The ideal candidate combines strong technical program management and operational systems experience with the ability to manage complexity, drive follow-through, and contribute hands-on where needed.
This individual will partner closely with Digital Product, Engineering, Customer Experience, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and external technology vendors to support successful launches, scalable processes, operational continuity, and future growth initiatives across the business.
This is a "build and scale" role focused on improving operational execution, strengthening systems reliability, and helping [solidcore] scale efficiently as the business grows in complexity, footprint, and offerings.
Responsibilities
  • Support operational ownership and day-to-day management of core enterprise systems and business platforms, including Mindbody and related integrations
  • Lead rollout coordination, operational readiness, testing, and stabilization efforts for system enhancements, launches, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and execution across multiple concurrent operational and technical projects
  • Serve as a key operational point of contact for external vendors, platform partners, and integration partners
  • Coordinate cross-functional implementation efforts across Digital, Customer Experience, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering teams
  • Support configuration, QA testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and issue resolution efforts across business systems and operational workflows
  • Help identify operational pain points, workflow inefficiencies, and platform limitations while driving improvements to execution and scalability
  • Partner closely with the Director of Business Systems & Data Programs to support future scalability initiatives, including international expansion readiness, new operational capabilities, and evolving business requirements
  • Improve operational rigor through stronger documentation, process standardization, launch coordination, and execution tracking
  • Support integrations and operational workflows across systems including Mindbody, CRM platforms, marketing tools, customer support platforms, and other business-critical applications
  • Help establish scalable operational processes and governance models that improve consistency, reliability, and speed of execution across teams
  • Manage and mentor team members while contributing as an individual contributor when needed
  • Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment, communication, and follow-through across initiatives

Qualifications
  • 6-8+ years of experience in enterprise systems, business systems operations, technical program management, or related operational technology roles
  • Strong program and project management experience in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Experience managing external vendors, SaaS platforms, integrations, and operational technology initiatives
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to balance strategic context and hands-on execution
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting operational systems within high-growth, multi-location, retail, hospitality, fitness, healthcare, or consumer-facing businesses preferred
  • Experience with Mindbody or similar operational platforms preferred
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, operational workflows, and SaaS ecosystems preferred
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity while helping build scalable structure and process
  • Experience leading operational rollouts, testing coordination, launch readiness, or systems implementation initiatives preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
