• Conduct in-depth evaluations and create individualized therapy plans that cater to the unique needs of each client.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and stay abreast of the latest mental health research findings.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals within the organization to ensure comprehensive care strategies for clients.
• Participate in case discussions and contribute knowledge to improve treatment outcomes across the team.

Our clients primarily consist of individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, particularly those lacking adequate access to care. This position will involve working with a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Your expertise will significantly impact the emotional and psychological well-being of underserved populations.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical counseling practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with a diverse clientele.

• Experience or specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record software and a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, offering insights and recommendations for client care.

• Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000, contingent on experience and case load.
