• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy utilizing various evidence-based modalities, focusing on promoting personal growth, resilience, and overall well-being.
• Establish therapeutic goals with clients and continuously monitor their progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed.
• Offer teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility for clients who may face travel challenges or prefer virtual sessions.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with ethical standards and best practices.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training, and supervision, staying updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and best practices.

The clients you will serve at Mind Reflection Health Center include individuals dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. As a therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, allowing you to apply your skills and knowledge to help others navigate their unique mental health journeys.

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Psychoanalyst, LCSW, LCSW-R, LMFT, LMHC, or PsyD.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside strong interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude when working with clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage caseload effectively.

While we are open to newly licensed therapists, candidates with prior experience in delivering therapy in a clinical or private practice setting are highly desirable. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and techniques is also an advantage, as this position requires a degree of comfort and proficiency with virtual counseling.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and client caseload. In addition to a robust compensation package, we provide:
