• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and establish effective treatment plans.
• Implement individual therapy sessions using tailored therapeutic modalities to promote personal growth and emotional healing.
• Monitor client progress and reassess therapeutic goals to ensure optimum outcomes.
• Utilize teletherapy options to provide accessible and convenient care to clients, accommodating those with geographical or accessibility limitations.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on best practices and enhance clinical skills.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to adults, dealing with various mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma histories, relationship challenges, and more. Our therapeutic approach is grounded in respect for each individual's experiences, ensuring that clients feel valued and heard throughout their journey with us.

• A current and valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from varied backgrounds.
• A non-judgmental, empathetic demeanor with a genuine passion for assisting individuals in managing their mental health.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to meet client needs.

While we welcome applications from all qualified candidates, experience in crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, or evidence-based therapies such as CBT or DBT is highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth platforms will be an advantage as we offer remote session options to facilitate client access to care.

At Serenity Mind Expressive Therapy, we value the hard work of our Mental Health Counselors and offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our benefits package includes:
