Key Responsibilities

As a mental health counselor at Mind Reflection Health Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental health histories and current challenges.
• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans that promote client growth and healing.
• Providing evidence-based individual therapy, utilizing diverse modalities tailored to client needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care.
• Establishing therapeutic goals and continuously monitoring client progress to adapt strategies as necessary.
• Offering flexibility through teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients with various challenges.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation that aligns with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clients you will serve include individuals facing a variety of mental health issues, such as anxiety disorders, traumatic experiences, mood disorders, and more. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
• A professional demeanor characterized by empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseloads and client follow-ups.

Preferred Experience

While all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, preferred candidates will have experience in providing therapy in an outpatient setting, familiarity with telehealth platforms, and a demonstrated effectiveness in working with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits

Mind Reflection Health Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
