Job description

The Honey Hole is the sweet spot and hang-out in the Old Village of Plymouth! We offer gourmet comfort food with fine dining techniques at an approachable level, mimosa flights, full bar and top-quality coffeehouse beverages. We are known for our large patios, attentive service and diverse menus, not to forget our cool bocce ball court. We're a family business and a cozy home away from home. Our repeat guests visit us for first dates, business meetings, banquet events, and large family dinners.

We are seeking Kitchen Team Members to join our team as our busy season is fast approaching! That includes everyone from a knowledgeable and talented BOH Manager to dishwashers, prep cooks, line cooks and everything in between.

In our beehive you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where we'll dedicate time to expanding our restaurant's brand and reputation.

BOH Line Cook/ Prep Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

  • Oversee day-to-day culinary operations

  • Coordinate with prep list flow

  • Quality assurance

  • Line Cook Experience 1yr +

  • Standardize recipes and plate presentations

  • Follow and education BOH team members about all Serve Safe, food laws and regulations

  • Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests

  • Able to cooperate with high volume food demand

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields

  • Knowledge of Safety regulations

  • Passion for food and cooking techniques

  • Strong leadership qualities

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to work weekends, days, nights and have reliable transportation.

$11-$14 Hourly based on experience.
