Required Qualifications
Technical Expertise
15+ years of hands-on experience with IBM i (iSeries / AS400) and AIX environments.
Strong experience with IBM Power Systems, including:
LPAR management
HMC
Proven experience migrating or implementing IBM i/AIX workloads on IBM Cloud (Power Virtual Server preferred).
Deep knowledge of:
Disaster Recovery architectures
Backup and replication solutions (e.g., MIMIX, PowerHA, or similar)
System performance tuning

Architecture & Migration Experience
Demonstrated experience establishing greenfield or carved-out infrastructure independent of a parent organization.
