Qualifications
• Completion of a recognized millwright apprenticeship program or equivalent experience
• Journeyman Certification As a Millwright
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hand and power tools, welding equipment, and machining tools
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to industrial machinery
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform tasks requiring lifting, bending, and climbing
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed, including weekends and holidays
