Job description

We are currently looking for an experienced Paint Associate -1st Shift, Monday - Friday, Mandatory OT as needed, to join our VALUES based organization.

Position Starting Rate: $18/hr.

In this role you will focus on:

Responsibilities:

  • Using brush, paint small buttons which are utilized to seal surrounds to doors.
  • Consistently maintain color throughout the entire product that is being worked on (meaning, even color, not too dark in one area and too light in another)
  • Ensure quality of stain
  • Cleans and maintains all staining apparatus

Qualifications:

  • Previous painting experience in a production environment
  • Excellent hand and eye coordination. Attention to detail a must!
  • Ability to follow oral and written communication from supervisor, lead or co-worker
