In this vital role, you’ll be the hub of communication and coordination, ensuring that every order, from manufacturing to delivery and installation, runs smoothly and accurately.

Production Coordinator, Millwork Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and input detailed orders for manufacturing, delivery, and installation of millwork materials.
  • Review purchase orders and selections to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter and manage orders in RFMS, ensuring all data is timely and correct.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates to leadership.
  • Verify job cost data and pricing to align with builder agreements.
  • Investigate and resolve billing issues as needed.
  • Ensure all job-related information is accurately communicated across departments.
Production Coordinator, Millwork Job Requirements:
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with RFMS and / or millwork is a plus.
  • Familiarity with new home construction or residential building is helpful.
