Millwork Brothers, Inc. is a family-owned Architectural Millwork company specializing in commercial projects including restaurants, retail spaces, and tenant improvements. We are known for precision craftsmanship, strong field execution, and dependable project delivery.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Millwork Project Manager who can independently manage multiple projects from award through closeout with confidence and accountability.

Position Summary

The Senior Millwork Commercial Project Manager will lead projects from contract execution through final installation and closeout. This role requires strong knowledge of architectural millwork, construction sequencing, submittals, field coordination, and budget control. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing projects with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial millwork projects from award to completion
  • Review and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications
  • Lead submittals, RFIs, change orders, and material procurement
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and track critical milestones
  • Monitor project budgets, labor, and material costs
  • Coordinate with estimators, drafters, field installers, vendors, and general contractors
  • Conduct site visits and proactively resolve field conditions
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with clients and internal teams
  • Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and contractual standards

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 8+ years of Commercial Millwork Project Management experience
  • Strong understanding of architectural millwork construction methods and sequencing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in reading construction documents and shop drawings
  • Experience handling submittals, RFIs, and change order management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Profficient in Outlook and Microsoft systems. 

Preferred (But Not Required)

  • Estimating or takeoff experience
  • AutoCAD familiarity
  • Experience working directly with general contractors on commercial TI projects
