INFINIUM has an immediate need for a conscientious, hardworking, and dedicated CNC Machine Operator (Day and Night Shifts) to join our team with the following:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines to produce precision components.

Responsibilities:

1. Setting up and operating CNC machines to perform various machine functions, such as cutting, drilling, milling, reaming, and boring of metallic and nonmetallic workpieces.

2. Monitoring the CNC machine while it executes the tasks to ensure the machine produces the desired specifications.

3. Performing routine machine maintenance.

4. Adhering to all safety and health regulations.

5. Checking finished workpieces to ensure that they meet specifications and discard defective pieces.

6. Follow safety protocols and always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

7. Participate in continuous improvement and safety activities to streamline production processes and enhance product quality.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.

2. Certificate or diploma in engineering is an advantage.

3. Minimum 2 years’ experience as a CNC Machine Operator.

4. Detailed knowledge of CNC machinery and measurement tools (caliper, micrometer etc.)

5. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to stand for long periods.

2. Ability to lift heavy materials, 15-20 pounds repeatedly

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. Overtime may be required with reasonable notice
