We are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Axis CNC Milling Machinist to join a precision manufacturing team producing complex, tight-tolerance components for high-performance industries, including aerospace.


This is a hands-on, shop-floor role working with advanced CNC milling equipment in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment. You’ll support machining of large, complex parts where precision, efficiency, and craftsmanship directly impact production success.


If you bring experience in multi-axis CNC milling, precision setups, and large-part machining, this is your opportunity to step into a stable, growth-focused environment with challenging, high-value work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC machines (2-axis through 5-axis and multi-axis equipment)

  • Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications

  • Select and install tooling, fixtures, collets, chucks, and machine offsets

  • Produce precision-machined components to tight aerospace tolerances

  • Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring tools

  • Make offset adjustments and minor program edits

  • Monitor tool wear and machining conditions for efficiency and consistency

  • Troubleshoot machining, tooling, setup, and programming issues

  • Ensure compliance with AS9100 aerospace quality standards

  • Maintain accurate production, inspection, and quality documentation

  • Support continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity


What You Bring

  • 3+ years CNC machining experience (setup and operation required)

  • Experience setting up and operating CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machining centers (2-axis through 5-axis preferred)

  • Aerospace or high-precision machining background strongly preferred

  • Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills

  • Experience holding tight tolerances (±0.0005” or better preferred)

  • Skilled with micrometers, calipers, indicators, and inspection tools

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
