Do you love to help people? Do you want to be a part of something bigger than yourself? Do you wish your voice was heard at work?

If you answered yes to these questions, consider a career at Miller Vein.

Miller Vein is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and highly skilled Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) to help build and grow a comprehensive lymphedema program serving patients in the Grand Rapids and Holland areas of West Michigan.

This is a unique opportunity to become part of a collaborative, patient-centered team focused on improving quality of life for patients suffering from swelling, lymphedema, lipedema, venous disease, and chronic lower extremity symptoms.

Unlike many traditional healthcare environments, Miller Vein offers the opportunity to work closely with physicians in an innovative private practice setting without the bureaucracy and limitations often associated with large hospital systems.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about patient care, excited to help shape a growing program, and committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with lymphedema and related conditions
  • Provide hands-on lymphedema therapy and patient education
  • Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to coordinate care
  • Educate patients on long-term management strategies and prevention
  • Stay current on advances in lymphedema treatment techniques and technology
  • Travel between Miller Vein clinic locations in West Michigan, including Grand Rapids and Holland, to provide patient care
  • Serve as an active member of the clinical team by assisting with additional clinic responsibilities and supporting overall patient flow and operations as needed
Qualifications
  • Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification from an accredited program
  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or other qualifying healthcare professional
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute wherever needed to support patients and coworkers
  • Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care
Why Miller Vein?
  • Physician-owned and patient-focused
  • Collaborative environment with direct physician interaction
  • Opportunity to help build and shape a growing lymphedema program
  • Supportive team culture focused on exceptional patient care
  • Meaningful opportunity to improve patients' quality of life
  • Growing presence throughout West Michigan, including Grand Rapids and Holland

We're a team of competitive, ambitious people working toward a bold vision: becoming the nation's leading provider of vein care by 2030. We believe the way to achieve that goal is by building the best-trained, happiest workforce imaginable. When our teammates thrive, our patients thrive. That's how we help more people and make an even greater impact.
