Meet the Team
The People Development and Engagement team sits in Human Resources and is responsible for the firm's Learning, Leadership, Culture and Development. The Human Resources Department at Millennium covers the full spectrum of HR disciplines. Through high-touch, impactful solutions, the team helps optimize organizational performance and fosters a strong working environment and culture that attracts, engages and retains top talent across the firm.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate end-to-end planning and execution for team events, including logistics, room bookings, digital course setup, catering, printing, and technology support
  • Partner directly with external vendors to manage event-day logistics and help ensure smooth delivery
  • Maintain event calendars, manage participant communications, and support feedback collection processes
  • Serve as a point of contact for attendees, responding to questions and helping create a positive participant experience
  • Prepare statements of work and support invoice tracking and payment processing
  • Track, organize, and maintain event documentation, including budgets, materials, and rosters

Salary Range
Millennium offers a total compensation package which includes a base salary, discretionary performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits. The estimated base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $160,000, which is specific to New York and may change in the future. When finalizing an offer, we take into consideration an individual's experience level and the qualifications they bring to the role to formulate a competitive total compensation package.
