Job description

Feed Mill Supervisor

GENERAL SUMMARY:


Oversee all activities and maintenance of a feed mill facility.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor feed sampling.
  • Monitor preventive maintenance activities to ensure equipment and machinery are functioning properly.
  • Complete all paperwork and reports associated with mill.
  • Match feed delivery tickets, etc.


SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Duties include scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of work as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager.
  • Recommends personnel actions such as hiring, terminations, and/or disciplinary actions.


 

EDUCATION:

Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).


EXPERIENCE:

Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of DIRECTLY RELATED experience.
