Description:
โ€ข Develop, write, edit, and format technical documentation that includes process manuals, system specifications, guideline documents, and procedure manuals.
โ€ข Collaborate with teams across departments to gather and interpret information about their documentation needs.
โ€ข Standardize content across platforms and media to ensure consistency and clarity.
โ€ข Review and edit existing documentation to verify completeness, accuracy, and compliance with standards.
โ€ข Work closely with project teams to understand product details and develop appropriate content.
โ€ข Convert complex technical terminologies into user-friendly language to ensure understandability.
โ€ข Conduct periodic reviews and revisions of documents to ensure that the updates and changes in the processes are captured accurately.

Education & Experience
โ€ข An associate degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field OR currently enrolled in one of these programs at an accredited college/university.
โ€ข Proven 2-5 years of experience as a Technical Writer or similar role in a technical field.
โ€ข Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
โ€ข Ability to understand and translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
โ€ข Proficient in using MS Office and other documentation tools.
โ€ข Strong attention to detail and superior organizational skills.
โ€ข Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
โ€ข Experience working with cross-functional teams.
