Club Pilates Rice Military is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Houston, TX. This role is pivotal in driving membership growth and ensuring an exceptional customer experience for our members. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals through personalized service and effective sales strategies. Compensation can be flexible based on years of experience and a proven track record in achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective members and guide them through the membership options and benefits
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing members to encourage retention and referrals
  • Conduct tours of the studio and provide in-depth knowledge about Club Pilates services and classes
  • Collaborate with instructors to ensure seamless member experience
  • Follow up with leads in a timely manner using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and communication methods
  • Actively collaborate with General Manager to generate monthly studio marketing & sales events
  • Participate in marketing and sales activities to drive new member conversions
  Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, or customer service roles
  • Must be comfortable speaking to people in person and over the phone
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Great problem solving skills
