GRVTY is seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Business Development Lead to drive international revenue growth by positioning GRVTY's solutions to support allied and partner requirements across multiple emerging technology domains. This role will serve as GRVTY's internal authority on FMS processes, regulations, and lifecycle management - building a new corporate sales capability around existing programs already generating partner interest. The FMS Business Development Lead will work across GRVTY's business units and directly with USG, DoW, and international customers to identify, shape, and execute FMS opportunities from requirements development through delivery.

What You'll Own

  • You will own and be accountable for GRVTY's FMS pipeline across multiple business units, including identification of GRVTY products and product lines eligible for foreign military sales.
  • Lead FMS lifecycle management for GRVTY including requirements development, availability, schedule, pricing, and training and support considerations.
  • Analyze host nation defense and capability requirements, assess placement strategies for GRVTY products, and define program requirements aligned to customer needs.
  • Represent GRVTY in DoW engagements related to FMS program definition, tracking, analysis, and reporting.
  • Lead GRVTY's interests in host nation interactions, including technical documentation, release and waiver coordination, pricing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Author white papers, briefings, background materials, and other documentation to support GRVTY's FMS objectives.
  • Advise GRVTY business unit leadership on FMS-specific processes, regulatory requirements, and timeline expectations to inform capture and program planning.

What You Must Have

  • 10+ years of demonstrated success in FMS development and execution management, including direct experience with sales to foreign governments, DoW acquisition, and program management.
  • Thorough understanding and demonstrated expertise across applicable laws, regulations, policies, and DoW guidance governing FMS including ITAR, the Arms Export Control Act, and DSCA processes.
  • Experience working with foreign partners, including understanding of international business, collaboration, and cultural environments.
  • Ability to operate across multiple product lines and business units simultaneously, managing distinct FMS efforts on parallel timelines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to engage credibly with USG, DoW, and international stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering, technical, or relevant field.

What Would be Nice to Have

  • Direct experience executing FMS cases for technologies in electronic warfare, missile defense, directed energy, cyber, or space domains.
  • Broader experience under the Security Cooperation framework including experience with the Building Partner Capacity program.
  • Existing relationships within DSCA or relevant military service international affairs offices.
  • Experience navigating Congressional Notification, Third Party Transfer, and end-use monitoring requirements.
  • Familiarity with GRVTY's core technology domains - spectrum/EW, space, cyber, or autonomy.

Pay Range: At GRVTY, we understand that compensation is influenced by many factors-such as geographic location, federal contract labor categories, wage rates, prior experience, skillsets, education, and certifications.
We're proud to offer a work environment that empowers our team to achieve a strong work-life balance. GRVTY provides competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and meaningful opportunities for professional growth.
Our benefits package is designed to support the well-being of our employees and their families, and includes coverage in areas such as healthcare, financial wellness, retirement planning, family assistance, continued education, and paid time off.
