Program Manager

This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence polygraph to be considered.

A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents. You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify.

Cherokee Preting is seeking a Program Manager to support our Government client. The Program Manager will be charged with the coordination of program activities and client contact. The Program Manager is responsible for scheduling, tracking, risk analysis, cost management, and controlling the program. The Program Manager will have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of the task order.

Pay commensurate with experience.

Program Manager Responsibilities Include:
  • Ensure that practical and effective systems are developed to meet the contract requirements
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to the Government program manager and work in close collaboration with the COR/ACOR for contractual changes
  • Ensure the quality and timeliness of the work performed resulting in process improvements that result in indirect cost savings for the Government.
  • Develop and monitor project budget to ensure efficient use of resources for financial, contractual, project management, technical and security actions
  • Responsible for all programmatic and operational requirements as identified within this PWS. Efforts include coordinate platform meetings, develop briefings, document meeting notes, and ensure processes adhere to development best practices
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Program Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
  • Current TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a Counterintelligence polygraph
  • Expertise in all areas of ServiceNow Platform operations of a substantially complex ServiceNow platform that operates in a self-hosted/disconnected environment using any combination of physical, virtualized, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited institution in management, business, finance, economics, science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Minimum of five years' experience in ServiceNow related jobs
  • Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow implementations in a self-hosted, disconnected, multi-instance environment
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects in the IC
  • Project Management Professional certification or ten years equivalent experience,
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
