Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Family Medicine Physician, you will serve as a pillar of primary care in Little Falls, MN, focusing exclusively on clinic-based and inpatient family medicine (without OB) for a vast, loyal service area. We are offering a generous base salary, relocation assistance, and additional performance incentives to those who qualify.

Opportunity Details:

• Must be a BE/BC Family Medicine
• Experienced in Family Medicine with a desire to work in a traditional primary care clinic setting
• Full time 40-hour work week
• Have excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to work well in a team-based care delivery model
• Possess a strong commitment to the creation of healthier communities
• This practice model supports outpatient clinic operations
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Eligible Employer
• Base salary $354,780
• Starting loan of up to 10% of base compensation
• Production incentives
• Paid relocation up to $15,000

Job Requirements

Required

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
• Active or eligible license in the state of Minnesota
• Strong clinical skills with experience in Family Medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients and families
• BLS

$354,780 - $354,780 /year
