You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience planning and executing a Component or Joint Exercise Program
  • Experience with the Five Stages of the Joint Event Life Cycle ( JELC ) , Military Decision-Making Process ( MDMP ) , Army Design Met hodology ( ADM ) , and Joint Planning Process ( JPP )
  • Knowledge of Joint and Multinational exercise design at the operational level
  • Knowledge of Micro sof t Office Suite,SharePoint,and the Office 365 environment
  • Ability to interface professionally with senior military and civilian leadership
  • Ability to take an exercise from concept phase, produce a plan, and prepare and provide senior-level concept of operation briefs
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Graduate of a Command and General Staff College ( CGSC ) Intermediate Level Education ( ILE ) or Component Equivalent

Nice If You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience at the Brigade level or above
  • Experience managing an exercise budget with multiple funding streams
  • Experience utilizing the Joint Training Tool and ARTIMS
  • Experience with joint targeting cycle and associated network considerations
  • Knowledge of Multi-Domain Operations doctrine
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled operational planning tools
  • Master’s degree
