About the Role
As a Facets Configuration Migration Consultant, you will make an impact by supporting healthcare platform implementation, upgrade, and migration initiatives through the configuration, migration, and management of Facets environments and data. You will be a valued member of the Healthcare Platform Consulting team and work collaboratively with client stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners to deliver successful migration outcomes.
In this role, you will:
  • Utilize Configuration Migration Utility (CMU), Schema Migration Tool (SMT), and Schema Migration Manager (SMM) to support Facets configuration migration and deployment activities.
  • Manage and maintain Facets configuration environments to ensure successful migrations and accurate data movement across environments.
  • Support SQL-based data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and transactional data migration activities.
  • Perform migration testing and reconciliation to ensure data integrity and configuration accuracy.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to support implementation, testing, and release activities.
  • Communicate project status, migration issues, and recommendations to internal teams and client stakeholders.

What You Need to Have to Be Considered
  • Hands-on experience with TriZetto Configuration Migration Utility (CMU), Schema Migration Tool (SMT), and Schema Migration Manager (SMM), with strong expertise in CMU.
  • Strong experience supporting Facets configuration migration and environment management activities.
  • Solid SQL skills, including data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, and transactional data migration.
  • Experience managing and maintaining Facets configuration environments.
  • Knowledge of healthcare payer platforms and Facets implementation or migration processes.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across business and technical teams.

These Will Help You Stand Out
  • Experience supporting Facets implementation, upgrade, or modernization programs.
  • Knowledge of healthcare payer operations, including Claims, Membership, Enrollment, or Billing.
  • Experience with large-scale data conversion or migration initiatives.
  • Familiarity with testing, reconciliation, release management, and deployment activities.
  • Experience working in a consulting or client-facing delivery environment.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $90,000 - $109,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
