Tittle – Scrum Master – Hypervisor/VMware Migration

Location – San Diego CA (5 days onsite)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Agile delivery for VMware/Hypervisor migration projects.
  • Run sprint planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate migration waves with application owners, infrastructure teams, and engineers.
  • Track dependencies, risks, issues, and project milestones.
  • Drive change management, CAB approvals, and cutover readiness.
  • Ensure migration schedules, downtime windows, and rollback plans are documented and executed.
  • Remove blockers and facilitate communication across globally distributed teams.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of Scrum Master or Agile Project Management experience.
  • Strong experience supporting infrastructure, datacentre, or VMware migration projects.
  • Knowledge of VMware, virtualization, hypervisor, or cloud migration environments.
  • Experience with Jira, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and risk management skills.

Preferred

  • VMware vSphere migration experience.
  • Infrastructure modernization or datacentre transformation projects.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe).
