The work will involve cutting-edge 2D and 3D in vitro models derived from human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs). The research will focus on uncovering the molecular mechanisms of major AD risk and protective variants, exploring associated genes, and identifying potential targeted therapeutics.
Interested candidates should submit a cover letter outlining their research interests and career goals.
What You'll Do
  • Culture, maintenance, and amplification of human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs), and derived neurons and glia cells.
  • Design and perform experiments using hiPSC-derived CNS cell types.

  • Analyze and interpret data; prepare reports, manuscripts, and presentations.

What We're Looking For
Basic Requirements:

  • Strong analytical, quantitative and time-management skills.
  • Good/excellent written and spoken English; ability to write scientific reports and papers.
  • Strong motivation for learning; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
