Company Overview:

BioStem Technologies is a leading medical technology company focused on advanced wound care and regenerative medicine. We develop and commercialize placental tissue allografts, cutting-edge wound care products, and surgical solutions aimed at improving patient outcomes.ย 

Role Overview:

You'll be our primary Salesforce Administrator, responsible for the day-to-day health, configuration, data stewardship, and evolution of our Salesforce org. You'll partner closely with our NetSuite team and middleware (Celigo) to keep data flowing cleanly between systems and to troubleshoot integration issues when they arise. We're looking for someone with both an administrator and a builder mindset - comfortable maintaining the system day-to-day and energized by improving it. The best candidates spot inefficiencies, propose solutions, and ship them. We are building a lean, structured-field tech stack that is primed for AI, and you will be a core member. You're stepping into a brand-new Salesforce build, not inheriting a decade-old legacy environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Own daily ย ย ย ย ย Salesforce administration: user setup, security, page layouts, validation ย ย ย ย ย rules, Flows, reports, system updates, dashboards
  • Configure and ย ย ย ย ย maintain Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features supporting sales, ย ย ย ย ย marketing, IT, and customer service
  • Manage Service ย ย ย ย ย Cloud Omni-Channel routing and RingCentral integration - queue ย ย ย ย ย configuration, routing rules, agent capacity settings, and troubleshooting ย ย ย ย ย telephony issues with customer service
  • Build and refine ย ย ย ย ย automation (Flows, approval processes) as business needs evolve
  • Partner with ย ย ย ย ย internal NetSuite experts on data model alignment, sync issues, and ย ย ย ย ย cross-system workflows
  • Monitor Celigo ย ย ย ย ย integration flows; investigate sync failures; coordinate fixes with our ย ย ย ย ย middleware vendor or implementation partner
  • Serve as data ย ย ย ย ย steward - define and enforce data quality standards, run regular audits, ย ย ย ย ย manage duplicates, govern picklists and required fields, and partner with ย ย ย ย ย business teams to remediate data issues at the source
  • Build reports and ย ย ย ย ย dashboards for Sales, Service, and Operations leadership
  • Manage releases ย ย ย ย ย (sandbox to production), test new Salesforce features against business ย ย ย ย ย workflows
  • Support users - ย ย ย ย ย train new hires, troubleshoot questions, document common processes

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or ย ย ย ย ย related field. Equivalent experience and relevant certifications ย ย ย ย ย considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 4-7 years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (Advanced Admin is a plus)
  • Strong declarative skills: Flows, security model, page layouts, ย ย ย ย ย validation rules, reporting
  • Experience supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud at a mid-sized ย ย ย ย ย company
  • Familiarity with Celigo, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar middleware - ย ย ย ย ย enough to troubleshoot flow failures and read integration payloads
  • Comfortable working with an ERP (NetSuite preferred) - ย ย ย ย ย understanding how Customer, Order, Invoice, and Item data sync between CRM ย ย ย ย ย and ERP
  • Demonstrated experience as a data steward or data quality owner - ย ย ย ย ย comfortable defining standards, building audit reports, and holding the ย ย ย ย ย line on governance
  • Strong written and verbal communication; able to talk to a sales ย ย ย ย ย rep and a developer in the same hour and translate between them
  • Self-directed; comfortable owning a backlog without daily ย ย ย ย ย supervision

Preferred Competencies:

Salesforce Platform App Builder certification

Celigo Developer Certification or equivalent integration training

NetSuite Administrator certification or hands-on NetSuite experience (saved searches, basic customizations)

Experience with RingCentral, Service Cloud Voice, or similar integrated telephony

Medical device, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing background

Ability to read Apex / Lightning Web Components for troubleshooting purposes (not full development)

Experience with Definitive Healthcare or Salesforce Maps
