Job description

ICS CONTRACTING LLC — Senior Construction Sales Producer

Commission-Only | 30–40% of Net Profit | Nashville, TN

Company Vehicle • Gas Card • Benefits • Unlimited Earnings

ICS Contracting is rebuilding our sales team with people who know how to produce. If you’re a construction sales professional who brings relationships, understands margins, and wants to be paid what you actually generate, this is the kind of role that changes your year.

We’re not hiring employees. We’re recruiting producers.

We’re not looking for someone to “grow into” the position. We’re looking for someone who already knows how to sell construction work and wants a company that backs them with real support.

Who This Role Is Built For

This opportunity is designed for the rep who:

  • Has existing relationships in Middle Tennessee (GCs, PMs, developers, property managers)
  • Has a book of business but isn’t getting paid what they deserve
  • Wants autonomy, not micromanagement
  • Knows construction, understands margins, and closes deals
  • Is hungry, connected, and ready to earn without excuses

If you’re the type who can walk into a job trailer and walk out with a bid request, you’re exactly who we want.

What We Provide

Though this is a commission‐only role, we invest heavily in our producers:

  • Company vehicle
  • Gas card
  • Full benefits package
  • Back‐office support and estimating support
  • Fast bid turnaround
  • A company that performs quality work and pays out on time

Most commission‐only setups offer none of this. We built ours to support serious sales talent.

Compensation — The Part That Actually Matters

We pay 30–40% of net profit on every job you sell, paid when the job is paid out.

Tiered structure:

  • 30% — Jobs under $50K
  • 35% — Jobs $50K–$150K
  • 40% — Jobs above $150K

This is one of the strongest commission structures in the Middle Tennessee construction market. If you can sell, you will make more money here than anywhere else.

What We Expect

We’re rebuilding ICS with proven performers. That means:

  • No base salary
  • No hand‐holding
  • No six‐month “relationship building” runway
  • You must produce within 60 days
  • You must already understand construction sales
  • You must be able to run your own pipeline

If you’re the real deal, this won’t intimidate you — it’ll energize you.

About ICS Contracting

ICS Contracting, LLC is a fully licensed commercial, residential, and industrial general contractor, supported by a sister mechanical contracting company, serving all of Middle Tennessee.

Over the past year, we’ve done what most companies avoid. We took a hard look at our operation, restructured our team, rebuilt our systems, and positioned the company for aggressive, sustainable growth. We’re lean, focused, and ready to scale with the right people.

Now we’re ready for the next phase.

We’re bringing in elite sales producers who want to join a company that rewards performance, not promises - a company where your relationships, your hustle, and your results translate directly into real earnings and real opportunity.

If you’re looking for a place where strong sales talent is recognized, backed, and paid what they’re worth, ICS is where you build your legacy.
