Job Summary

In this role, the Customer Service Representative and Logistics Coordinator provides the best possible service to the customer through accurate and efficient data entry, order invoicing, and logistics coordination.

This job will be onsite in Celina, TN.


What You Will Do

  • Enter all orders for product from information provided by reps and customers in an efficient and accurate Resolves errors and order holds in the Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) system so orders can be processed accurately and timely for shipment and invoicing.
  • Seek and obtain answers on orders until problems are solved and/or tasks are.
  • Invoice all product which is shipped from the rep warehouse as advised
  • Manage customer returns and damage claims to recover costs and return the product to the manufacturing.
  • Participate in Production Posting meetings to ensure customer orders are designed, manufactured and shipped on.
  • Manage major customer account PO’s, shipments, and replenishment of stock
  • Set up new customer profiles in the company’s system
  • Coordinate with customers for 3PL providers to pick up orders or coordinate with 3PL providers to deliver to customers

What You Will Need

Education

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ customer service experience and logistics necessary
