Position Overview

The Middle Market Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and managing commercial banking relationships in the Atlanta market. This role focuses on business development, portfolio growth, and delivering comprehensive banking solutions to middle-market companies.

The ideal candidate brings an existing network, deep market connectivity, and a demonstrated ability to generate new commercial loan and deposit relationships. Credit acumen and speed are how they excel and win; they have a collaborative team environment, and they offer a consultative advisory approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate and grow commercial loan and deposit relationships

  • Target middle market companies across diverse industries

  • Structure and negotiate credit transactions in partnership with credit team

  • Manage and deepen existing client relationships
