  • Strong knowledge of commercial credit, financial analysis, loan structuring, underwriting, and portfolio management
  • Demonstrated ability to generate new lending, deposit, treasury management, and broader commercial banking opportunities

  • Develop new C&I relationships through an established professional network, targeted prospecting, centers of influence, and referral channels.
  • Originate commercial credit opportunities focused on operating companies while maintaining a disciplined C&I lending strategy.

  • Coordinate with credit and underwriting partners to structure appropriate commercial lending solutions and move opportunities efficiently through the approval process.
  • Maintain a high-quality portfolio through proactive relationship management, credit monitoring, and ongoing assessment of client performance.
  • Identify deposit, treasury management, and other commercial banking opportunities that deepen the overall client relationship.
  • Refer business owners and executives with personal financial needs to Private Banking partners while maintaining primary responsibility for the commercial relationship.
  • Collaborate with Treasury Management, Private Banking, Credit, Risk, and other internal partners to deliver coordinated solutions to clients.
