$10,000 SIGN ON BONUS

DIRECTOR OF NURSING

Director position available for Registered Nurse with management and leadership skills to coordinate nursing services at Mid-Step Services' Intermediate Care Facility for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Responsibilities include coordinating nursing services, staff orientations, supervision, evaluation and education. Must have thorough understanding of nursing principles with skills in the areas of assessment, diagnosis, care plans, and programming.

Must have at least two years nursing experience, experience working with people with intellectual disabilities preferred but not required.
