Job Summary:

Therapeutic Wellness Group (admin@therapeuticwellnessgroup.org) is a small practice in Hockessin, DE. We strive to provide client-centered, evidence-based treatment across the lifespan. We are looking for practitioners who want a supportive environment to continue their journey in the mental health field.
Opportunities:
This is part-time or full-time clinical work for a fully licensed or mid-level licensed outpatient mental health therapist seeking a small, collaborative private practice.
The ideal candidate is someone looking to join an intimate mental health group of dedicated practitioners. They are interested in diverse clinical opportunities in a supportive environment and are excited to grow clinically. Applicants with an associate license will be supported with in-house trauma-informed, relational supervision as they qualify for their LCSW or LCPMH in Delaware. Applicants are offered and encouraged to connect with TWG therapists for additional information regarding the practice environment.
Job Requirements:

  • Master or Doctorate in social work, Psychology, or Counseling
  • In-person therapy
Experience:
  • Outpatient Private Practice: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:

  • License (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LACMH, PhD) in the state of DE (Preferred)
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide intake and therapy to an assigned client caseload. Complete appropriate documentation.
  • Participate in individual and group clinical supervision as informed by license and employment status. Participate in and meet all ethical treatment, documentation, and confidentiality standards.
  • Complete all documentation in the agency’s electronic documentation platform.
  • Ability to work with diverse populations in crisis and emergencies.
Experience or interest in one or more of the following specialties:

  • PCIT
  • CBT
  • DBT
  • Emotionally Focused individual, family, or couple therapy
  • EMDR
  • ART
  • Somatic, body-based, mindfulness-focused interventions
