The main difference between a Mid Level Tugboat Cook and an Entry Level Tugboat Cook lies in experience and responsibilities. Mid Level cooks have more experience, can supervise others, and handle more complex meal planning, while entry-level cooks focus on assisting and learning the job. Both roles require maritime safety certifications and work in similar onboard environments.

We crave the suppleness of pork butt, the perfect collision of chimi vinaigrette atop shrimp, the addition of a spicy punch in a margarita, and even a twist on the cult classic Elote.
We started our culinary vision as a food truck, and have grown to be much more. Our team includes the friends you never knew you needed: cooks that master the art of flavor, bartenders that know how to shake that shaker, and servers who know what it means to be family.

Piglatin Cocina is currently looking for Cooks. Job duties include operating the grill station, fry station, assembly and dishwasher. Must have organizational skills, ability to follow instructions, attention to detail, and ability to function very well under pressure. We are a high volume kitchen so excellent teamwork is a must.
