What You'll Do:

  • Take ownership of financial reporting, including weekly and monthly management reporting, including reporting, analysis, and supporting forecasting activities.
  • Provide support in understanding and addressing variances to forecast.
  • Accurately record and process key account transactions, including vendor invoice verification and entry.
  • Review and allocate costs to ensure precise weekly and monthly reporting and key account reconciliations.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with cash management activities, such as aged debtor reporting and follow-up.
  • Actively participate in annual year-end audits conducted by external firms.
  • Ensure appropriate internal controls are in place to support the finance function.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to support business growth and promote continuous improvement.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses to meet dynamic business demands.


Ideal Candidates Are:

  • Holders of a bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Actively pursuing CPA certification
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software like Quickbooks, Sage, or SAP is an advantage
