  • Partner with architects to shape multi-cloud architecture, data models, and integration strategies

Advanced Development & Platform Engineering
  • Design, build, and optimize complex Salesforce components using LWC, Aura, APEX classes/triggers, asynchronous processing, and platform events
  • Lead development of Agentforce (service/field AI agents), embedding intelligent automation into agent and field workflows
  • Architect and implement advanced Service Cloud capabilities including omni-channel routing, case automation, and custom agent experiences
  • Oversee Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementations including scheduling logic, dispatcher console customization, mobile app extensibility, and emergency roadside workflows

Integration & Data Engineering
  • Architect and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft)
  • Ensure data consistency and orchestration across Service Cloud, FSL, and external platforms
  • Establish patterns for error handling, monitoring, and high-volume data processing

Delivery Ownership & Governance
  • Lead technical delivery for cross-functional projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with business objectives
  • Build and maintain scalable release pipelines using Gearset, ensuring smooth integration with Git workflows, automated testing, and quality checks
  • Enforce governance standards including security/sharing model, code quality, performance optimization, and compliance with Salesforce limits

Mentorship & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for business stakeholders
  • Proactively identify platform improvements, emerging capabilities, and opportunities for innovation

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated leadership in large-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations
  • Deep expertise in:
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura
    • APEX (classes, triggers, batch/queueable jobs, asynchronous patterns)
    • Service Cloud configuration and customization
    • Field Service Lightning (service territories, scheduling, dispatcher console, mobile app customization)
    • Integration frameworks: REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC
    • Salesforce DevOps using Gearset, Git-based workflows, and automated CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong command of Salesforce security/sharing model, data modeling, SOQL/SOSL, and performance optimization
  • Proven ability to lead technical delivery, influence architecture, and drive engineering standards

Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I & II, Service Cloud Consultant, FSL Consultant, Agentforce/Einstein certifications
  • Experience designing and deploying Agentforce or AI-driven digital agent solutions
  • Background in insurance, field service, or roadside assistance domains
