Job Description:

  • Projects include but not limited to web portal security enhancements, medical chart import/export processing. Risk Adjustment and Quality application enhancements.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in story definition, evaluation, translation, and business requirements gathering from product owners and business stakeholders
  • Estimate delivery effort, as well as effectively identify and prioritize high-value deliverables as a leader of the scrum team
  • Influence design, development, and deployment of product architecture through collaboration with Technical Product owners
  • Lead platform modernization initiatives from legacy systems to new scalable solutions including functional and non-functional aspects like security and performance
  • Recommend modern, scalable, resilient solutions to improve existing systems
  • Accountable for rapid, reliable, and repeated delivery of quality platform solutions to the enterprise


Ideal Background:

  • Experience working in the healthcare industry
  • Understanding of Risk Adjustment and Quality Management business in health care


Required:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience developing .Net-based solutions in an enterprise environment, influencing both development and architecture activities
