Overview
Responsible for quality performance and support of Human Resources services and management of junior resources within an enterprise-wide Human Resources program in a classified environment to multiple clients and consultants.
Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized support services and delivery of Human Resources, activities such as employee mobility, recruiting, hiring, personnel actions, records management, communications, training.
  • Support HR business process standardization, talent management, and HR operations.
  • Ensures desired results by determining and implementing objectives and overseeing junior resources.
  • Understand industry best practices of HR systems and solutions.
  • Obtain and adhere to changing project requirements.
  • Produce accurate, edited work products.
  • Provide regular detailed reporting to management and customers.
  • Collaborate with the team internal and external timely and proactively.
  • Produce Weekly Activity Reports (WAR).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • TS SCI Clearance
  • Ability to obtain a CI poly prior to start.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3 years in HR business management experience, or administrative experience; familiarity with Government policies and procedures preferred.
  • Solid MS Office skills.

Desired Qualifications
  • PMP certification
  • Experience with MS Project and MS Visio.
  • 5 years of HR business management experience.
