Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings.
  • Coach team members on Agile frameworks, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate effective internal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external communications with customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product Owners to manage product backlogs, priorities, and new requests.
  • Identify and remove blockers, resolve conflicts, and help teams implement changes effectively.
  • Ensure sprint deliverables meet established quality standards.
  • Guide development teams toward higher levels of Scrum and Agile maturity.
  • Foster a productive environment where team members take ownership of the product and collaborate effectively.
  • Drive product innovation and support end-to-end product launches.
  • Collaborate with Digital Business partners and vendors to develop product roadmaps and drive products and features from concept through launch.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including analytics, design/user experience, engineering, data, and user enablement.
  • Translate data insights into products and capabilities that deliver actionable outcomes for customers.
  • Continuously review business needs, refine priorities, define milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks within an Agile environment.
  • Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to define product vision, strategy, features, and priorities.
  • Partner with business teams to develop, own, maintain, and execute the product roadmap.
  • Translate product roadmap initiatives into clearly defined product requirements, including features, user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize and maintain sprint and product backlogs while balancing competing stakeholder, business, and technical requirements.
  • Lead the product functional design process based on a strong understanding of users, business needs, and technology.
  • Define and execute go-to-market plans and ensure Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and other stakeholders have the information and support needed for successful launches.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate tracking, metrics, and reporting to monitor product performance after launch and support future investment decisions.
  • Partner with Flight Operations stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve situational awareness, operational performance, and decision support.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data, and analytics teams to deliver dashboards, tools, and operational capabilities.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), stakeholder communications, implementation readiness, and adoption activities to ensure successful product delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or in a similar product-focused role.
  • Proven experience owning and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with strategic business priorities.
  • Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and technical requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and prioritizing product and sprint backlogs to maximize business value and delivery efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
  • Experience leading Agile delivery activities in fast-paced and highly visible environments.
  • Experience working with Flight Operations stakeholders and understanding operational business needs.
  • Ability to partner with engineering, data, analytics, design, and business teams to deliver technical products and operational capabilities.
  • Experience leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), product implementation, stakeholder communications, and user adoption activities.
  • Proven ability to manage competing business and technical priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive products from concept through launch and post-launch performance.
