CORAS is a leading provider of decision management software, helping organizations solve their most complex and mission-critical problems. Our platform enables organizations to streamline decision-making processes, improve visibility, and enhance collaboration, all while reducing the time and effort required to manage portfolios, programs, and requirements. Our primary clients include the U.S. Navy Program Offices, PEOs (Program Executive Offices), and Pentagon-level Portfolio and Requirements Offices.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record of success in selling business-oriented software solutions to government agencies. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in business-to-government (B2G) sales, particularly selling software to program management and decision-making entities within the Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by selling CORAS decision management software to U.S. Navy Program Offices, PEOs, and Pentagon-level Portfolio and Requirements offices.
  • Identify, develop, and manage relationships with key stakeholders in target agencies, including decision-makers at all levels.
  • Understand the unique needs of DoD and other government organizations, and position CORAS as the ideal solution for their portfolio and decision management challenges.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, customer success, and marketing, to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to senior-level government officials.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of CORASโ€™s product suite, the competitive landscape, and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience in business-oriented software, with a focus on government agencies, program management offices, or decision-making environments.
  • Proven track record of selling to U.S. government agencies, particularly within the Department of Defense, including U.S. Navy Program Offices, PEOs, or Pentagon-level offices.
  • Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and acquisition vehicles.
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships with government stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
