Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled and motivated Mid-Level and Senior Level Automotive Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in automotive repair and maintenance, demonstrating expertise in diagnosing complex problems and delivering high-quality services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnosis & Repair:
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve vehicle issues.
- Perform thorough inspections of engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and other vital components.
- Complete repairs, replacements, and maintenance services per manufacturer specifications.

- Service Management:
- Manage multiple service jobs and priorities while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status and required repairs.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

- Team Leadership (Senior Level Only):
- Lead by example in efficiency and quality of service.
- Contribute to team goals by collaborating on complex repair issues.

- Continuous Learning:
- Stay up to date with automotive technology advancements, repair techniques, and safety standards.
- Attend training sessions and workshops as needed.

Qualifications:

- Mid-Level Technician:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician or in a similar role.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ASE certification) preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must own tools & tool box

- Senior Level Technician:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician with progressive responsibilities.
- ASE certification in multiple areas (e.g., brakes, electricity/electronics, engine performance) preferred.
- Excellent leadership abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive systems and technologies.
- Must own tools & tool box
