Responsibilities:

  • Design mechanical systems for facilities, including boiler & chiller plants, air handling equipment, and ductwork and piping systems.
  • Perform system design calculations.
  • Drafting using AutoCAD or Revit software.
  • Review drawings and documents to ensure design and production standards
  • Communicate with other disciplines to ensure project documents are properly coordinated

Qualifications:

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred
  • 8+ years of experience designing mechanical systems for Commercial, Healthcare, and/or Institutional building projects
  • Experience in AutoCAD; REVIT is a plus
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • EIT required; PE is preferred
  • LEED is not required, but it is a plus
